Weekend breakfast… perfectly poached eggs 🍳 on toasted ciabatta 🍞 with a dollop of red sauce… guessing harissa as had a tiny kick of heat 👌 and @havanacoffeeworks coffee✖️four! @lot2hn @lovehavelocknorthnz Open Sundays too.

Chunky banana 🍌 and chocolate 🍫 muffins… started off as @cloudykitchen vegan banana muffins but as I’m doing the Sustainable HB 4 weeks minimise food waste challenge, used up milk & sour cream from the fridge.

Sometimes the simplicity of poached eggs 🍳 on sourdough toast 🍞 and coffee ☕️ is all you need on a Friday morning.

Out of town visitors provided the perfect excuse to check out the new menu @oakestatewines and for them to indulge in a wine flight with the fabulously informative John. As the nominated driver I still got to enjoy the wine match with lunch.
